The local neighborhood newsletter the Encinitas NeighborHoodLink is back! The July issue, the first since fall of 2008, includes an update on the Hall property and, in particular, a review of a recent meeting regarding the proposed lighting plan for the Hall Community park.
The 44-acre property was purchased by the city from flower grower Robert Hall in 2001 for $17 million.
