According to Surf Magazine’s July issue, our very own Encinitas, CA has much to offer surfers, with its average water temperature of 63.C and its numerous surf breaks like Swami’s, Cardiff Reef, and Pipes.   Getting out of the water is pretty painless too, as the air temperature stays fairly close to 65-80 most days of the year – never too hot, never too cold!
