Projects that add usable living space top the list in the Pacific, including deck additions which we are lucky enough to be able to use year round in San Diego. New windows and front doors also have excellent return. Notable is that minor kitchen remodels have a better return than major remodels and bathroom remodels have a high return.
These numbers do not tell the whole story.
